      Job Description:

      We are seeking an Oils Production Engineer specialized in well intervention operations to join Northern Area Well Completion Operations Department(NAWCOD). The department provides well services and completion activities for Aramco Oil and Gas wells in Northern Area of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

      The engineer will handle the complexity and activities related to gas, oil and water wells (both producers and injectors naturally or artificially), in addition to engineering consultation and investigation. You should have a background of monitoring the drilling operations, completion design, flowback/testing operations, chemical treatments, logging and interventions, hydraulic fracturing and integrity assurance to perform remedial work for production enhancement. Minimum Requirements: The successful candidate should have a Bachelor s degree in petroleum engineering. MS degree is desirable, but not required; intensive industry training including specialized courses and seminars is expected.

      • Ensure regular system & document updates of all receivables and payables along with the bank documents.
      • Assist supervisor to ensure on-time payment release to suppliers and on-time collection from clients as per the agreed credit limit.
      • Follow up with clients for payments.
      • Assist supervisor for Reconciling all suppliers’ invoices / bank statements.
      • Responsible for documentation/ filing work for the department.
      • Reconcile all Petty Cash Vouchers and obtain required approvals.
      • Coordinate with other department for internal accounting matters as advised by supervisor.
      • Assists supervisor for reports on profit and loss statements, balance, and project cost sheets, etc.

      • Establish, implement, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures applicable in QC laboratory.
      • Perform analysis of ready-made products and formulations using laboratory equipment (Viscosity, pH, Density, etc.).
      • Perform incoming inspection of raw materials.
      • Supports corrective and preventive action activities relative to internal failures.
      • Oversee the control and disposition of nonconforming material, and monitor the salvage process.
      • Keep inspection/analysis records in hard and/or soft copies.
      • Prepare COA for every batch of ready-made in electronic form.
      • Maintain laboratory equipment and keep calibration certificates.
      • Maintain cleanliness of the area and ensure compliance to GMP and EHS standards.
      • Conduct internal quality audit as scheduled.
      • Collaborate with other departments to support production.
      • Maintain good housekeeping and follow standards.
      • Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.
